Any purchase of a gift card is nonrefundable, unless otherwise required by law.
In the case there is an credit remaining on your invoice, or Xpress Apostille at its sole discretion determines that a refund is warranted, the following policy applies:
If you paid with a credit or debit card, including through PayPal or Amazon Pay, you will receive any refund to that same card. If a refund to the original card is not possible, your refund is processed as a gift card for future use.
If you paid by cash, your refund may be processed as a Visa eGift Card, check or ACH transfer in US Dollars.
If you paid by check or money order (including via instant Xpress Apostille gift card purchase/redemption), your refund will be processed as a gift card for future use.
If you paid by ACH, wire, or other bank transfer (including via instant Xpress Apostille gift card purchase/redemption), your refund will be processed as a gift card for future use.
If you paid with a gift card, you will receive a refund on a gift card for future use.
In certain circumstances, subject to a verification process, Xpress Apostille may, at its sole discretion, issue an ACH transfer, Visa eGift card, or check as a refund in lieu of a gift card.
